A Month Later - Easter Fun

I know, I'm late, but better late than never, right? We had a fun Easter, with all of the kids understanding this year what decorating eggs was all about. My baby is 3 and finally realizes what kind of stuff the kids are doing at all these holidays and wants to be in on the fun. After the eggs were dyed, I had some stickers that they could put on. The older kids took their time decorating, and trying different color combinations, but Parker was quick. After his coloring was done, he put on his own stickers. I thought his face choices were quite good, considering he dropped most of his eggs, or smashed them somewhat, and they were mostly cracked.

We survived 3, yes 3, spills of the color, courtesy of Tanner. We even survived taking the eggs a couple of days later and making them into deviled eggs. Each kid yelled like I was killing their children when I wanted to make them into deviled eggs. Fortunately, Kaitlin is old enough to know that it's OK to eat their little ones, and since she loves deviled eggs, she volunteered her "children" for dinner. They were delicious!

I love that Tanner always makes weird faces. He's related to his aunt. :) Fun easter times!
